Solar energy for a shared building

11 June 2024 • 1 min read

Our customers occupy a shared building split into 4 maisonettes, many with electric heating which has been pushing the bills up. They came together to agree that solar was the solution! Solarbility met with all the neighbours to answer any questions and concerns they had. We then designed a system that would meet their needs and help with sky rocketing energy costs.

Each maisonette has its own inverter, so the cables went straight into the loft for the top properties and along the outside wall in tidy conduit for the bottom property. All customers are also benefitting from the iBoost hot water diverter, which is helping them save money on the electric heating.

If you are a homeowner in a shared building and didn’t think solar energy was a viable option, we can help. Just drop us a line or call us on 01628 476871.
